LocalTODOScreenlet beta7 released

Today I finished work on version beta7 of the LocalTODOScreenlet. It features a complete new database backend that allows simple synchronization.
Synchronization can be configured via FTP.

The user interface was also cleaned up. Instead of displaying a speech bubble that show the comment on hovering, comment and due date are now shown when the pointer hovers a task's title.
Tasks are now colored if they are overdue, due today or due tomorrow.

Release Notes

There some important things for you to note if using the new version:
If upgrading to beta7 from an older version you will lose your old task list. This is because the new backend is not compatible with the old database format.

When using ftp synchronization:
1. Your FTP password is stored in plain text! I suggest you create a new FTP account on your server with limited permissions for task synchronization.
2. Synchronization still needs testing. I don't know of any bugs yet, but data loss may occur.

Future Development

I hope that this will be the last beta version of the screenlet. If all bugs are found and fixed I'll try to release version 1.0 by the end of September. Because the features of LocalTODOScreenlet and FTPTODOScreenlet were merged in this version I also consider a new simple name: TODOScreenlet. :-)
